Event Description
If you care for kids at home, in a classroom, on the sidelines, at church, in your neighborhood, or anywhere in between, you likely know children and teens with a variety of unique challenges and stories. As you seek to love and lead these kiddos, you may encounter behaviors that are puzzling, and potentially overwhelming, but often grow out of fear, pain, or unmet needs.
There’s encouragement. There’s hope. And there are tools!
Trust-Based Relational Intervention® (TBRI®) is a practical, compassionate approach that helps adults understand and support kids from all kinds of backgrounds and abilities. It’s grounded in research, but rooted in connection.
With TBRI®, you’ll learn how to:
- Empower kids by meeting physical, emotional, and sensory needs
- Connect in ways that build trust, safety, and belonging
- Correct behaviors with love, not fear
This lab is for anyone who cares about kids.
