High School Mentorship

High School mentorship will be embarking on a journey of Rhythms this year that will help us take time to rest, focus on what is important, and walk with Jesus as He leads, guides, and directs us. During the next 8 months we will be living our normal lives with family, at school, and with our friends while incorporating weekly objectives and challenges that are intended to help our faith in Christ grow and deepen. These objectives and challenges are attainable, but will require intentionality and perhaps some rearranging of schedule and priorities to pursue discipline in our faith. We will experience the Rhythm journey within community and relationships and we can look forward to creating spaces of shared growth, support and accountability in the months to come.

"Rhythms" is adapted from a resource provided by CIY and will serve as an intentional "next step" to the week of camp many of our high schoolers experienced together this July. Attendance at CIY was certainly not mandatory in order for the Rhythms experience to be impactful and helpful for high schoolers in their faith journey.

Meeting Dates: 4th Tuesday of each month from Oct-May

Time: 6:30-8:30pm

Meeting Location: Students Pastor Micah’s house (students are to be dropped off and picked up at this location)
Dinner will be provided.
