Labs are a one-day or multi-week experience that can teach us new concepts for understanding our Bible, a sermon series, or even our everyday lives.

How to Read the Bible: Narratives (Jonah)
Learn strategies for reading the Bible for understanding. We will study the story of Jonah to discover its universal truths and how to apply them in our own lives.
Lab time includes interactive learning with time to practice your skills with a small group of others. We will explore answers to the following questions: What is the story saying? Why does it say it that way? What does it mean? What truths is it teaching? What does that mean for me? How can l respond to its truths?
By applying the same strategies to other biblical narratives, you can:
- enhance your Bible reading,
- gain a greater depth of understanding,
- discern truths for the original audience as well as readers today,
- feel equipped to respond personally to its universal truths.
Lab is hosted by Michaela Miller.
